The Configuration & Asset Manager is responsible for maintaining complete, accurate and reliable configuration and asset data across Springboard Services. The role ensures that all configuration items (primarily Cisco network devices) and customer-related assets are correctly recorded, validated and continuously improved within ServiceNow.
In Manila, this role also functions as the operational backbone for CMDB enrichment, data quality control, reconciliation between systems and structured asset lifecycle management.
Your key responsibilities
- Maintain, update and validate all configuration items (CIs) within ServiceNow.
correctly registered, typed and enriched according to internal data models.
- Investigate and resolve data inconsistencies between ServiceNow, LogicMonitor,
NetBox, Alerting platforms and customer inventories.
- Support daily/weekly CMDB data quality routines, reconciliation jobs and
enrichment tasks.
- Execute bulk data loads, corrections, and CI attribute updates based on
engineering input.
- Maintain CI relationships, dependencies and service mappings (where
applicable).
- Prepare and manage baseline configurations and support version control of CI
data.

You bring
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience (HBO level).
- Excellent command of Dutch and English.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role at an IT service provider (experience in healthcare is an advantage).
- Knowledge and/or certification in ITIL, ServiceNow, or LEAN is a plus.
- Strong customer focus and stakeholder management skills — with the ability to prioritize effectively and recognize commercial opportunities.
- Confidence in engaging with stakeholders at both tactical and strategic levels.
