Building a secure and connected foundation for next-generation healthcare

Avit has successfully completed the implementation of a state-of-the-art ICT infrastructure for the new Tergooi Medical Center in Hilversum.
Working closely with technology partner Buitenhuis Advies, Avit designed and delivered a secure, scalable, and intelligent network based on Cisco Digital Network Architecture (DNA) with Software Defined Access (SDA). The solution integrates all medical and administrative systems—from patient monitoring and Wi-Fi phones to hospital data centers—ensuring fast, reliable, and secure data exchange across the facility.

ICT security and privacy were top priorities, safeguarding sensitive patient information while maintaining full operational continuity during the hospital’s relocation.
