As a Service Delivery Manager, you’ll be the dedicated point of contact for our healthcare clients. Your focus is on increasing customer satisfaction, ensuring an outstanding customer experience, and continuously improving service quality — actively contributing to the success of our healthcare customers.

You’ll be part of our Customer Excellence (CX) team, working alongside process managers, fellow Service Delivery Managers, program managers, and service consultants. Collaboration, knowledge sharing, inspiration, and celebrating success — always with the customer at the center — that’s how we work at Springboard Services.

 

Your key responsibilities
  • You ensure smooth and efficient onboarding, offboarding, and service delivery processes — even in healthcare environments where continuity is crucial.
  • You take the lead in managing high-priority escalations, resolving them quickly and carefully, always mindful of the impact on patients and healthcare professionals.
  • You actively contribute to building strong, long-term customer relationships and maintaining high satisfaction levels.
  • You make sure that customer expectations and contractual agreements — including healthcare-specific requirements and regulations — are clearly understood and managed.
  • You translate customer needs into concrete actions and improvement initiatives that enhance service quality for our healthcare clients.
  • You identify commercial opportunities and know how to discuss them effectively, even in a fast-changing healthcare market.

You bring
  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience (HBO level).
  • Excellent command of Dutch and English.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role at an IT service provider (experience in healthcare is an advantage).
  • Knowledge and/or certification in ITIL, ServiceNow, or LEAN is a plus.
  • Strong customer focus and stakeholder management skills — with the ability to prioritize effectively and recognize commercial opportunities.
  • Confidence in engaging with stakeholders at both tactical and strategic levels.
